Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. What Content Pipe is

Content Pipe ("the Service") is a video studio for independent musicians. It creates short vertical music videos from a user's own original music and publishes them to social media accounts owned and controlled by that user, using each platform's official developer API and OAuth authorization flow.

2. Access

The Service is currently in a limited early-access phase. Access is granted individually by the Service's operator; the request form on the homepage is the only way to register interest. Users must be able to enter into these terms and must own the social media accounts and music they use with the Service.

3. Content

4. Platform integrations

The Service publishes only to accounts a user owns and has explicitly connected via each platform's OAuth consent screen. It never posts to accounts the user does not control. Use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and music usage policies, which the user agrees to follow. Authorizations can be revoked at any time from the Service or from the platform's own security settings.

5. Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made and no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Users remain responsible for the content they publish through the Service.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current revision.
