Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Content Pipe is a video studio for independent musicians, currently in limited early access. It has no analytics trackers and no advertising. This policy describes the data the Service handles when users create and publish their own content, and the data submitted through the access-request form on this website.
2. What data is handled
- OAuth tokens for the social media accounts a user connects, granted through each platform's official consent flow. Tokens are used solely to publish that user's own content to their own accounts.
- Basic profile information of connected accounts (display name, username, avatar), used solely to show the user which account is being posted to.
- Post metadata (identifiers and public links of published posts, and the view/like counts the platforms expose), used to display publishing history and performance to the account's owner.
- Access requests — if you submit the "request access" form on this website, the name, email address, and message you provide are stored so we can respond. They are used for no other purpose, never shared or sold, and deleted on request.
3. Where it is stored
Tokens and post metadata are stored securely by the Service and are never transmitted to any third party beyond the platform APIs themselves. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than operating the Service for its users. Access-request form submissions are stored in a private database accessible only to the Service's operator.
4. Data from other people
The Service does not collect, store, or process personal data from anyone other than its users and the accounts they connect. It does not scrape, read, or interact with other people's content or profiles.
5. Deletion
Disconnecting an account inside the Service deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the platform's own security settings, which immediately invalidates the token held by the Service. Full deletion of any remaining data can be requested through the form on the homepage.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy can be submitted through the request form on the homepage.
